The two plugins for "cloud" and "aligned" add 120KiB (33KiB compressed)
to the bacula-sd package while not adding any additional dependencies.

Do we really want to create an additional package just for two little
SOs? I think the overhead in doing so wastes more ressources than having
using 120KiB more per SD.
