[pkg-bacula-devel] Silencing the build log scanner

Hi!

I have another, even more radical approach so silence the build log
scanner in the buildlog branch at
https://salsa.debian.org/hartge-guest/bacula/tree/buildlog where I patch
out as much non-build related output from the Makefiles as possible.
