I read dgit(1), dgit-maint-gbp(7) and ended up using

dgit --gbp --new push-source experimental

for these two uploads. Without --gbp it complained about patches
(un)applied. --new because the packages are "new" in experimental.

But I think it won't help you until you become a DM :-)
