I see the problem: The script now only extracts the 1021->1022 change 
but not the needed previous ones.

For us, only supporting an upgrade from 16, this means going from 
16->1017->1018, first half of 1019 (second half is already in 16), then 
1019->1020->1021->1022.

What a mess.
