I've done only a cursory glance right now, my first take was to get the
stuff into Salsa and check if anything breaks the existing build rules
before taking a look a the finer details.

The obvious part is the FD Docker plugin and its surrounding parts, as
you noticed from the discussion on bacula-devel/user.
