[pymvpa] install libsvm on windowsXP

sorry for a sketchy reply: iirc our windows installer for pymvpa comes
with libsvm so you do not have to get/install it separately to use it
with PyMVPA.

have you followed

?

alternatively -- you could use NeuroDebian virtual machine and bring the
whole plethora of tools to your use on top of Windows:
http://neuro.debian.net/vm.html
