[pymvpa] install libsvm on windowsXP

Dear Yaroslav,
Thanks for your reply! Yes, I did follow the instructions on the website, but when I looked at the manual, it mentioned the libsvm so I thought I would have to install it separately. 
I'll try the NeuroDebian virtual machine - maybe I can avoid a lot of unnecessary troubles by using it...
