[pymvpa] New PyMVPA website officially open

Dear PyMVPA users,

those who have been working with the development version probably know
it already -- all others are kindly invited to take a look at
http://www.pymvpa.org -- our refurbished, extended and updated website.

Each page, including all of the manual is now directly commentable. If
you discover bugs, you want to suggest improvement, or you like to add
an example, please feel free to make extensive use of this feature.

The website also hosts the PyMVPA tutorial -- an extensive introduction
into PyMVPA.

If you still need the documentation of the 0.4 series: The old website
remains available at: http://v04.pymvpa.org
