Dear expert,

 

       An error occurs when I use the function “zscore” … Can anyone help
me? Thank you in advance.

       zscore(dataset, mean=0, std=1, perchunk=True, pervoxel=True,
targetdtype="float32")

 

       Error message: 

File "/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/mvpa/datasets/miscfx.py", line 120, in
zscore

                 slicedsamples)

            File "/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/mvpa/datasets/miscfx.py",
line 95, in doit

                 samples[:, std != 0] /= std[std != 0]

TypeError: 'int' object is unsubscriptable
