[pymvpa] Error when compiling libsvm-c extension

Thanks for the fast reply.

I did have a look at the mailing list archive, but apparently I should have
looked better.

The problem was indeed something similar. Recompiling and installing numpy
did not solve it. But when I used OpenSUSE's package manager yast to
uninstall both numpy and scipy and reinstall newer versions, the problem
was fixed.
