This is the second call for papers for the 3rd International Workshop on
Pattern Recognition in NeuroImaging, which has grown rapidly over the
past few years as a forum that  fosters the exchange of ideas between
the machine learning and neuroimaging communities. The scientific
program will feature a wide range of presentations and posters on
functional and structural multivariate brain image analysis, including
basic methodology and applications, as well as two keynote addresses by
Tom Mitchell and Steve Smith, two international leaders in the field.
Tutorials on practical application of advanced methodologies will also
be presented. ____

/Proceedings will be published by Conference Publishing Services (CPS)
in electronic format. They will be submitted to the IEEExplore and CS
Digital Library online repositories, and submitted for indexing in IET
INSPEC, EI Compendex (Elsevier), Thomson ISI, and others.
