[pymvpa] prediction_target_matches, BinomialProportionCI for binomial proportion confidence intervals don't exist

I'm trying to follow the tutorial on significance testing here
http://www.pymvpa.org/tutorial_significance.html but in the section on
binomial proportion confidence intervals I notice that these two functions (
prediction_target_matches, BinomialProportionCI) aren't included and the
module reference directs to a permissions error for the server.

Are they no longer recommended or just that experimental.
