[pymvpa] Cluster Locations in GroupClusterThreshold

Hi everyone,

in the module reference for the GroupClusterThreshold class, it is mentioned that the algorithm returns an array called “clusterlocations”. According to the reference, those locations are coordinates of the maximum score or the center of mass of each cluster. I was wondering which coordinate system those locations refer to? And is there an (easy) way to relate those coordinates to MNI coordinates?
