[pkg-go] Bug#1028841: gopacket: FTBFS with libpcap >= 1.10.2

  It appears that libpcap 1.10.2 introduced some change that is causing
the test failure. Manually downgrading to libpcap 1.10.1-4 from
snapshot.d.o allows the build to succeed. I've opened an issue with the
upstream project, as I don't possess the knowledge to properly fix
this.
