I originally packaged this as a rdep for packaging riseup-vpn (AKA
"LEAP") but they ended up switching away from that library. It has a
rdep that's a related "getlantern" dependency, but that should also be
removed as well (I filed a separate RM for that).

It's a leaf package that's otherwise unused:
