[pkg-lxqt-devel] Bug#826311: pcmanfm-qt: lacks icons

With all depends and recommends installed, I don't get any toolbar icons, nor any file icon in
contents pane.  Looks like a missing dependency.

Eg, "strace -efile |& grep icon" shows it's trying to find lots of icons in /usr/share/icons/hicolor/,
which apt-file search does not find in Debian.
