[pkg-lxqt-devel] Bug#826311: pcmanfm-qt: lacks icons

It's not exactly a packaging bug - normally it's up to the $de-session
to provide the components
with a system-wide style and icon theme.
I will add some icon-themes as recommends, that should fix it - beware
of that the
icon theme must set in preferences if not picked up automagically.

> Eg, "strace -efile |& grep icon" shows it's trying to find lots of
icons in /usr/share/icons/hicolor/,
> which apt-file search does not find in Debian.
