[pkg-lxqt-devel] Bug#907499: Preferences > Keyboard and Mouse settings are lost/have not effect after logout/login

Issue 1: mouse left handed setting is not applied after logout/login

1. Set Preferences > Keyboard and Mouse > Mouse > [X] Left handed
2. Logout out of lxqt then login back
3. Goto Preferences > Keyboard and Mouse > Mouse, [X] Left handed is checked but the mouse behaves as a right handed mouse. It necessary for me to uncheck and the recheck the left handed setting for the mouse to become Left handed.


Issue 2: mouse Acceleration setting seems to have no effect

Set Preferences > Keyboard and Mouse > Mouse > Acceleration to different values from 1 to 10. Mouse pointer appears to move with the same speed and not affected by the mouse Acceleration setting.
