Dear Maintainer,

according to the change log of LXQt 0.13.0 (https://lxqt.org/release/2018/05/21/lxqt-0130/) a distribution override for a configuration file can be placed into "/etc/lxqt".
But the global config of lxqt-globalkeys is still located under "/etc/xdg/lxqt/globalkeyshortcuts.conf", which is a bug I guess?
