[pkg-lxqt-devel] Bug#963104: The lxqt panel appears only after a delay of about ten seconds at cold boot

After Debian Buster 10.3 amd64 was installed (a few weeks ago) with lxqt desktop environment from the small cd image, the lxqt panel appears only after a delay of about ten seconds at cold boot (i.e. ten seconds after the Desktop appears together with the icons on it). I noticed that there hasn't been such a software defect on other systems with installed linux with lxqt (Arch and Ubuntu) - may be there was something wrong with the small cd image (as i had problems with linux installations from small cd's before).

The system is:

os distribution: Debian Buster 10.4 amd64 with lxqt/sddm/openbox (with latest updates) - LXQt 0.14.1, sddm 0.18.0-1 and Qt 5.11.3

processor: amd athlon

chipset: nvidia nForce 430

ram: 4GB ddr2
