[sane-devel] Brother MFC-240c and sane

I'd like to report the following:

Operating system: Debian Etch
Fax/Printer/Scanner: Brother MFC-240c

I did the installation:

fox at localhost:~$ sane-find-scanner | grep usb
found USB scanner (vendor=0x04f9, product=0x01ab) at libusb:004:002
fox at localhost:~$

I added these lines in the /etc/udev/libsane.rules:

fox at localhost:~$ egrep '(240C|01ab)' < /etc/udev/libsane.rules
# Brother MFC 240C
SYSFS{idVendor}=="04f9", SYSFS{idProduct}=="01ab", MODE="664", GROUP="scanner"
fox at localhost:~$

The scanner of the "Brother MFC-240c" is now working very well... ;-)
