[sane-devel] sane-airscan 0.99.13 release notes

Hi Alexander,
This problem was corrected before the release of escl.
Our tests showed us that the job creation, returned an http url (for Canon devices) even if the request was made in HTTPS.

Thanks for reporting a possible bug.
