I used some ugly hackery to select the right packages for the tests,
created three different piuparts tests and got it working that way.

One downside is we can't use the simple setup the CI team proposed by
just using a minimal file and including theirs, because the bacula
packages need special treatment.

But it works now and once I figure out why reprotest finds differences
in some packages and solve that problem as well, we can enjoy a fully
integrated tests.
