The bacula-source part of that has already been prepared in the
stored-plugins branch in Salsa. It creates an additional package
"bacula-sd-plugins" which contains the cloud and aligned driver (the
latter being an empty dummy driver for now).

It all hinges on getting the bacula-libs3 fork into Debian to actually
build the stuff.
