I have symlinked /var/www/roundcube to /usr/share/roundcube/ it also
contains a .htaccess file which is the same as in /var/lib/roundcube
(tested with diff) and it contains the line "php_flag       
suhosin.session.encrypt         Off".
As apache config I think the default from /etc/roundcube/apache.conf is
used as I didn't configure anything, just symlinked /var/www/roundcube.
