[Debian-zh-dev] qterm 更新 打包 mentors 上传

感谢帮忙上传！

该软件包上游者，已经把 lintian 检查发现的拼写错误补丁合并到上游。[1]

我随后反馈了 desktop keyword 的补丁，他刚才也已经合并。[2]

我昨天最开始上传的时候，版本号是 0.7.3-3，上游是在看到我在 gitbub 上提的 tag
Issue 后，今天才补充打上的 tag 0.7.4 。

下次其它软件包，就一次性升级到上游最新版本。
