Unfortunately, you only made this change in the Build-Depends field,
and it did not propagate to the binary Depends field.  Please add
python3-pyqt5 as an explicit dependency to the binary Depends field.

(And once I've upgraded spyder in unstable, this package will be able
to build again!  Hopefully in the next few days...)
